Our team has already done a great job.
88% of backers completed the survey.
If someone doesn't complete pre-orders, do it now. The earlier you do it, the earlier your package will be shipped.

Delivery queue
The USA: the first 54 packages has just been shipped.
Canada: shipping starts in one of these days.
European countries: most of packages have been just shipped.
Australia: we've added this option. So you can now complete your survey. Or if you didn't back us before, reach out to us [email protected] with your request.
All the remaining packages are being prepared and dispatched within a month.
You'll get your tracking number.
Keep an eye on your emails. The tracking number is to come from @backerkit.com. Please track your package yourselves and let us know on time if something goes wrong. It becomes harder to figure out what happened to the package after a long time.
A short reply from you would be appreciated, to know that you got it.

What to do when you receive your package?
1. Take time to enjoy the moment :) It's important to reward yourself for waiting.
2. Сheck the package contents. We hope all the packages will come to you complete and in a good condition. But everything may happen. We are ready for it.
So if you have something wrong, damaged or whatever contact us at [email protected]. Give us your name, pledge number, describe the issue, attach some photos, so that we can figure it out right away and help you.
We'll try our best to provide you with best service experience possible.
3. Find some place where you can feast your eyes on it. Call your friend and enjoy your games altogether.
4. Take some photos / videos toshare them on your socials and tag Smonex. Add #smonexsmartbox#smonex to find and share your experience with other board game lovers.
We'd love to know how you like them, how your boxlooks like on the table, which games you play. Let us know.
